2 hours structured training for youth A/B/junior/senior riders (girls and boys).A chance to learn from the best riders in the region, we focus on improving skill, speed and fitness in a safe working environment. Coaches ride with you. The place to be for anyone thinking of racing in 2027.

About the event
2 hours of structured training, coaches ride with you. Often we split into groups based on ability. The main focus of the session is based around endurance and power endurance, it's the perfect chance to add some group quality work.
The sessions are designed to ensure all riders take something away each week. Feedback is welcome as it helps us develop the sessions further.
Any money made is used to further develop the region in terms of young rider support, events and training.
In 2024 we supported 3 national events including 3 tour events. We hope to continue this work in 2025 and add a regular velodrome session to further support track development.
